Open new ports in SAP Webdispatcher

Hi

We are planning to configure web dispatcher for multiple systems and for that we need multiple ports opened at server.

telnet <ip> 443 works from internet where as other ports like 444 etc are working but those are already approved by network team.

Could you please help how do we open new needed ports like 444 at dispatcher server ?
