Dispatch of a Final Machine into Parts

Dear Sir,

We have a scenario where a large size machine is manufactured against a project WBS .  After the final testing , this machine needs to be dismantled into 4 nos major parts  so that transportation can be made .

Kindly guide us about the procedure to be followed  for dismantling of the machine and then making the delivery of dismantled parts from the project .
