HR Renewal and ESS Difference

Hi Folks,

Currently I am working on EHP6 EA –HR 607 SP 009, NWBC for ESS; is HR Renewal is delivered from EHP6 onwards, do we need to do any specific settings in the system to get the new enhancements delivered in hr renewal.

I have tested the standard services in pfcg using ess wda2 roles, how to test the new leave application with attachment functionality.

Would be a great help if someone can provide some inputs on hr renewal .
