How to include the action to a transport request - Open the business function: CRM_INF_1 in transaction: SFW5

Dear Experts,

We meet an issue about Text format in CRM, SAP proposed a Note: 1584788 Point 2-  switch on the business function: CRM_INF_1in transaction: SFW5.

To implement this change we need to follow the steps inNote:1641394.

I had done the swith in our DX system manually, this action can't reverse, my question is can we make this action change in a transport request and move it to each systems to prevent doing it manually each time and How to make the switch in a transport request? thanks!
