How to add more than 14 dynamic prompts to a report

I'm re-creating a report with 30 dynamic parameters, and it won't save any after 14 to the repository.

Using Crystal 2013 14.1.1.1171.

I click the save icon and it comes right back and dims the save icon.  usually takes about 10 minutes to save when actually saving the newly added dynamic parameters.

We recently went from an Oracle DB to an MSSQL DB, so I needed to re-create the parameters.

The report is for a pharmacist searching for a medication based on values for 30 different fields.

Each parameter is optional.

Working with EPIC, so data from live Cache DB is extracted to reporting MSSQL DB nightly.

The is not scheduled.  on demand only.

Been saving after adding each parameter.

Chatted with SAP support, and she pointed me to here.

Any ideas???
