How to add a toolbar button in SBO using SDK?

Hi,

For may add-on, I want to create a few toolbar buttons in SBO for specific documents, like AR Invoice.

I have seen examples of adding a menu item, but could not find example for adding a toolbar button.

How can I do this? A short code example will be great.
