I have a new requirement. Data will flow from third party IVRS system to SAP CRM system.
Requirement is that from IVRS one request will be sent to the SAP CRM . As per details CRM will create one docket and the docket no will be returned to the IVRS dashboard as a response and at the same time one SMS will be sent to the consumer in the entered mobile at the time of request sent to CRM end.
IVRS to CRM one can be achieved by a synchronous SOAP to RFC scenario.
My question is how to fulfill the requirement of sending SMS.
