Linking tables and views in the BI star schema

Hello,

I have a question ( please take a look at scetch in attachment )

I understand P, Q tables( middle of scetch ) for characters that

have time depended or non time dependend attributes.

But I don't understand P, Q tables of time dependend and

non time dependend attributes.

How do those interrelated ?

How are those connected ?
