Another Query .
We are on EHP4 SP4 , Integrated Scenario .
When a job posting is done .
Thousands of candidates applied to that job posting .
There are chances that system may down , if system is full of Candidates data .
Now it is not possible to have Standalone Scenario ... We can't provide new server for EREC now .
Is there any way we can do load balancing of candidates ?
Is there any way we can improve system performance ?
Is there any way we can restrict system Down ?
