I have built Crystal reports and have created a publication on top of the crystal report.
Crystal report is created with Groups such as Country, State and City (Using Group Expert). Now I have mapped the object State to 'ABC' in personalization of Publication to send it to a user Inbox. Now my publication is sending me the output which is having the State 'ABC' information along with its respective Country information, but here i am expecting the Total metric value for the Country 'C1' should be greater than the State metric value but it is getting displayed with the same number as it is shown for State because of the conditional mapping
